Return & Exchange Policy

At Hassan Cloths, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange in the form of Online Store Credit equal to your order amount (excluding shipping charges), within 15 days of receiving your item.

What is Online Store Credit?

Online Store Credit allows you to return a purchased item and use the same amount towards any future purchase on Hassan Cloths.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at help@hassancloths.com and mention your Order ID. Our support team will walk you through the return process and provide all the necessary details.

Deadline for Exchange Request

Make sure to submit your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll be required to send the item back via courier. Full return instructions will be shared with you via email.

Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a reverse pickup and cover the shipping costs.

In-Store Exchange Option

You can also visit any Hassan Cloths outlet and exchange your item for another of equal value. Just remember to bring your original purchase receipt.

Exchange Policy for Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Guidelines

  • Size and measurements may slightly vary between different designs.
  • Items that are worn, used, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
  • All products must have their original tags and labels intact to qualify for exchange.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for international online orders.
